We areseekinga highly motivated individual for the position ofOperations Coordinator within our IRONMAN Foundation team, reporting to Director of Operations and Community Relations and based in our Tampa, Florida office.

The Opportunity: The IRONMAN Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Specialist, to serve as a key contributor to the organizations operational excellence, supporting the systems, processes, and administrative functions that enable the nonprofit to effectively fulfill its mission.

This role provides coordination across finance, compliance, data management, board governance, office operations, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and solutions oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This individual will work collaboratively across departments within The IRONMAN Foundation and The IRONMAN Group to improve efficiency, strengthen organization infrastructure, and support mission-driven programs and initiatives.
