Production Plastic Worker

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Position Overview: Working in the Plastics Department involves performing one of three key roles: Spray, Roller, or Prep.

Team members are responsible for completing tasks within their assigned area to support department efficiency and production goals.

Assignments are based on operational needs.

Responsibilities: Assist with the plastics manufacturing process for trench drains and related products.Prep, clean, and polish forms.Build and efficiently stack pallets with finished products.Prepare pallets for shipment.Contribute to daily production goals.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience as a laborer.Reliable attendance and dependability are required.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools.Ability to read and interpret basic shop drawings.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Must pass a drug screen and background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Valid state-issued driver's license required.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Competencies: Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.Ability to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments.Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and move frequently throughout shifts of up to 10 hours.Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management.
