Responsibilities Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for customers Supporting client specific custom elevator technical support while delivering an exceptional customer experienceResolve technical problems, within a fast paced, customer facing environmentSupporting customer needs related to complete elevator systems including troubleshooting, triage, and replacement partsDevelop and demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issuesResolve customer issues on the first call as frequently as possibleOpen and manage callback cases for user issuesBe patient, courteous and friendly with customers alwaysDemonstrate a positive attitude.

Experience 5+ yrs.

experience working within the elevator industry (or similar) Technical/Community College Education is a plus (not required) Knowledge of Engineering Software is a plus (not required) AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and electrical schematics Strong analytical skills, good mechanical aptitude and have above average computer skills Resourceful, problem-solver, able to prioritize and multitask Detail oriented and organized Able to communicate effectively with great people skills & a sense of humor Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision Unshakeable integrity Physical Requirements This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.

Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment is required.

The employee must be able to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically.
