How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across varied commercial and industrial environments.


* Interpret intricate blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical prints to layout and schedule daily field work efficiently.


* Collaborate closely with team members and field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and high craftsmanship standards.


* Address and troubleshoot real-time technical workflows and material handling obstacles safely on the job site.


* Adopt and implement constructive feedback while actively setting personal goals for technical and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven track record performing comprehensive electrical work within a commercial or industrial capacity.


* Demonstrated proficiency in reading, analyzing, and executing work directly from blueprints and electrical prints.


* Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments and adapt quickly to constructive feedback.


* Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours to project sites located outside a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 10 years of professional, hands-on electrical experience.


* Completion of a formal Trade School program or possession of a Journeyman Card equivalent.
