In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our fleet and equipment, utilizing your mechanical skills to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on-site or in our facilities.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:


* Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various equipment, from light-duty to heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.


* Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance per OEM guidelines using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.


* Emergency Assistance: Provide roadside repair support when necessary, coordinating towing as needed.


* Tool and Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment to ensure reliability.


* Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and perform DOT inspections.


* Fabrication Tasks: Weld, fabricate, and cut parts as required using arc-welding and flame cutting equipment.

Qualifications:


* 1+ years of proven experience in mechanic, especially with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems.


* Ability to diagnose and repair diverse mechanical issues.


* Welding and fabrication skills are preferred but not required.


* Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not mandatory.


* Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.


* High school diploma or GED.
