Job Overview

* Salary/Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour plus Performance-Based Bonus


* Location: Glen Burnie, MD (Onsite with 40% travel required)


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time


* Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4-10s) or Monday - Friday (5-8s) with overtime and night shifts as needed


* Project Scope: Process piping, equipment setting, structural steel, and plant maintenance


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License

How You Will Make an Impact


* Lead and motivate a field crew of 3 to 10 craft workers to execute high-quality process industrial work.


* Coordinate daily with project engineers and superintendents to map out precise weekly project tasks.


* Direct the precision installation of process equipment, structural steel platforms, and utility piping systems.


* Track project-specific work hour budgets to identify out-of-scope changes and report them promptly.


* Verify that all field fabrications and installations strictly align with engineered plans and specifications.


* Maintain clear daily documentation and facilitate active weekly safety meetings with your field crew.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven experience in a supervisory leadership role within the industrial construction trades.


* Strong experience routing and installing process piping through active industrial production environments.


* Hands-on proficiency working with butt weld and socket weld systems up to 8 inches in diameter.


* Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed P&IDs, plan views, and isometric drawings.


* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.


* U.S.

citizenship or green card verification.


* OSHA 10 certification.


* Flexibility to travel up to 40% and work flexible shifts, including nights and overtime as required.


* Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Over 5 years of related industrial mechanical construction experience.


* High School Diploma or GED.


* OSHA 10 /OSHA 30 certification.


* Familiarity with ASME codes and standards alongside SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding processes.


* Strong ability to generate accurate isometric shop drawings from direct field measurements.
