The Opportunity

Lead commercial landscape maintenance operations as a key leader within our field team.

You will directly manage multiple field crews, build lasting client relationships, and drive overall operational excellence.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Oversee daily commercial landscape maintenance operations to ensure high service standards.


* Lead, mentor, and develop multiple field crews while fostering a safety-focused culture.


* Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.


* Manage operational budgets, control project costs, and achieve key performance goals.


* Inspect job sites regularly to verify quality control and adherence to client specifications.


* Solve complex site or logistical challenges quickly to prevent service interruptions.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven track record leading commercial landscape maintenance crews and field operations.


* Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated passion for coaching and crew development.


* Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets and driving job profitability.


* Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities in fast-paced field environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance management.


* Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification, such as Horticulturist training.


* Deep knowledge of turf management, plant care, irrigation systems, and local flora.


* In-field mechanical background (small engine repairs, diagnostics of small engines, etc.)
