You will serve as a pivotal field leader for a family-owned company with over 52 years of industry excellence and a massive 16-month project backlog.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Supervise and lead masonry crews on commercial job sites to ensure high-quality project delivery.


* Interpret complex blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to maintain precision in masonry installations.


* Coordinate daily job activities and production schedules to meet strict project timelines.


* Execute project documentation and reporting through Procore to ensure seamless communication with management.


* Train and mentor crew members to foster a culture of professional growth and teamwork.


* Enforce strict compliance with safety standards to maintain a secure and professional job-site environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience specifically within the commercial masonry field.


* Proven ability to read and understand complex blueprints and construction plans.


* Demonstrated proficiency using Procore for project management and communication.


* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Dedicated commitment to employee development, teamwork, and company success.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.


* Demonstrated history of taking ownership of project outcomes and leading by example.


* Advanced knowledge of specialized commercial masonry techniques and materials.
