How You Will Make an Impact


* Mobilize heavy machinery and construction supplies to active jobsites during very early morning hours.


* Load commercial trucks safely with dirt, aggregate materials, and heavy equipment.


* Operate a diverse fleet of construction equipment and tractors to support multi-trade field crews.


* Perform material pickups from regional suppliers and vendors to maintain strict daily timelines.


* Transition seamlessly between driving commercial transport vehicles and operating on-site machinery.


* Execute pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to uphold zero-accident safety standards.


* Collaborate closely with site superintendents and foremen to streamline daily project logistics.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* 10 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator or commercial truck driver.


* Possession of a valid Class A CDL with a completely clean driving history and zero accidents.


* Absolute comfort and willingness to perform both heavy equipment operation and commercial driving duties.


* Strong background handling site logistics, material transport, and early morning machinery mobilization.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Extensive experience operating earthmoving equipment on public school or federal jobsites.


* Demonstrated history transporting heavy construction equipment via low-boy trailers.


* Proven ability to safely navigate active civil construction, utility, and sitework environments.
