Key Responsibilities:



* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment


* Inspect equipment and facilities to identify wear, damage, or potential issues


* Complete minor repairs and adjustments as needed


* Replace filters, belts, lubricate components, and perform general upkeep


* Accurately document maintenance activities and report findings to management


* Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations


* Maintain a clean and organized work environment


* Travel to customer locations as required using company vehicle

Qualifications:



* EPA Certification (required)


* 1–3 years of preventive or general maintenance experience


* Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment


* Familiarity with hand and power tools


* Strong troubleshooting and time management skills


* Reliable and capable of working independently


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:



* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders


* Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments
