How You Will Make an Impact


* Maintain, repair, and install complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.


* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in diverse commercial and industrial HVAC/R units.


* Service commercial clients with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.


* Collaborate with field operations teams to optimize equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction.


* Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to company and OSHA safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven professional experience working as an HVAC/R technician in commercial or industrial settings.


* Active EPA Section 608 Certification and an OSHA 10 certification.


* Possession of a valid driver's license to operate company service vehicles.


* Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy mechanical and refrigeration hardware.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 2 or more years of dedicated, hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.


* Graduation from a formal trade program or technical certification course like BOCES or an equivalent.


* Strong foundational knowledge of diverse commercial manufacturer HVAC/R systems.
