JOB OVERVIEW


* Company: JP Tank


* Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour


* Location: Rosendale, Wisconsin


* Employment Type: Full Time


* Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 40–50 hours per week with occasional early starts and overtime


* Project Scope: Operating concrete pump trucks and transporting materials for large reinforced concrete tanks, digesters, and agricultural infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: CDL Class A License, Air Brake Endorsement

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT


* You will expertly operate and manage our Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during critical concrete placements.


* You will coordinate seamlessly with foremen and crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete pouring operations.


* You will perform thorough pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance, including lubrication and inspections.


* You will safely transport a variety of construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer.


* You will maintain an organized and efficient shop yard, managing equipment storage and material staging.


* You will conduct basic equipment maintenance, ensuring our fleet is ready for upcoming projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


* You possess a valid CDL Class A License with an Air Brake Endorsement.


* You have prior experience operating concrete pump trucks.


* You are skilled in safely operating a semi-truck and trailer.


* You have experience operating construction or heavy equipment.


* You demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude.


* You are comfortable working effectively in outdoor construction environments.


* You have strong communication and teamwork skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


* You have extensive experience operating concrete pump trucks.


* You possess knowledge of diesel engines.


* You understand hydraulic systems.


* You have experience with heavy equipment repair.


* You have a background in the construction industry.


* You are experienced in transporting a wide range of construction equipment.
