Key Responsibilities


* Install commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, vent, natural gas, and specialty piping.


* Install and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, backflow devices, and related equipment.


* Perform service work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs.


* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and mechanical plans.


* Coordinate installations with project managers, general contractors, and other skilled trades.


* Conduct pressure testing, inspections, and system commissioning.


* Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes, local regulations, and OSHA safety standards.


* Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, inspections, and materials used.


* Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.


* Represent LC Mechanical professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications


* Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License (PL01) required.


* Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.


* High School Diploma or GED.
