Job Overview

Palmetto Heat & Air is seeking two experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team.

This is a hands-on, onsite role servicing residential and light commercial clients.

This position plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and upholding the company’s strong reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities



* Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems


* Diagnose system malfunctions and provide accurate solutions


* Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment


* Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards


* Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommendations


* Maintain accurate service records and documentation


* Operate company vehicle safely and maintain tools and equipment


* Participate in occasional weekend work and overtime as needed

Qualifications



* Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience


* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


* Ability to work independently in the field


* Honest, dependable, and hard-working work ethic


* Strong customer service and communication skills


* Ability to lift, climb, and work in various environmental conditions


* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
