As a Server, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents and guests.

You'll greet residents with a smile, take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.

What You'll Do Welcome residents and guests with friendly, professional customer service.Take accurate meal orders and answer questions about menu selections.Serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.Set, clear, and reset dining tables to create a pleasant dining experience.Assist with tray service and special dining requests.Maintain clean dining rooms, beverage stations, and service areas.Assist with food preparation, special events, and catering as needed.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an outstanding dining experience.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred, or currently enrolled in high school.Previous serving, restaurant, or dining services experience is preferred but not required.Food Handler's or ServSafe Certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification.Strong customer service and communication skills.A dependable, positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.A passion for serving others and creating meaningful experiences for older adults.
