Qualifications



* Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Work Experience



* Surgical experience preferred; interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women's health is highly valued.

Licenses & Certifications



* Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois.

* Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C).

* Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.

* Hospital Only: Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
