Lead Scheduling Specialist

Work Schedule:


* 100% FTE, full-time, day shift


* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm (Hours vary depending on clinic staffing needs)


* No weekends and no holidays.


* You will work at UW Health's Carbone Cancer Center

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential


* Overtime


* On-call pay

Qualifications


* No minimum education required.


* Associates Degree with an emphasis on healthcare.

* Carbone Cancer Center:
Associates Degree preferred with an emphasis on healthcare.

Work Experience


* At least three years experience scheduling outpatient testing.

Required


* Carbone Cancer Center: At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance.

Preferred


* Carbone Cancer Center: At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.

* Previous computer experience.
