This position is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong expertise in CNC programming, sheet metal fabrication, punching, bending, and tooling.

You will lead process improvements, optimize manufacturing performance, support quality initiatives, and ensure safe and efficient production of metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What will you do?


* Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication operations.


* Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment including punching, laser cutting, and press brake machines.


* Support production by improving machine utilization, cycle times, productivity, and process efficiency.


* Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.


* Analyze manufacturing issues related to tooling, machine performance, and product quality, implementing corrective actions when required.


* Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support new product introductions and process validation.


* Drive improvements in sheet metal manufacturing technologies, including bending, punching, cutting, and forming operations.


* Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process specifications, and standard operating procedures.


* Present and lead technical projects related to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.


* Support safety compliance and risk reduction initiatives associated with manufacturing equipment and tooling.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.


* English advanced


* 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role within a metalworking, sheet metal, fabrication, or metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.


* Strong hands-on experience with CNC programming and CNC manufacturing equipment.
