What will you do?


* Oversee supplier quality operations and verify that materials and components meet stringent quality standards


* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence


* Track and act on supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance


* Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members on complex quality challenges

* Analytical Thinking - intermediate level; evaluating supplier data to identify root causes and trends


* Supplier Quality Management - intermediate level; ensuring purchased parts meet specifications and standards


* Production Part Approval Process - intermediate level; validating supplier readiness and part conformance


* Ethical Integrity - intermediate level; maintaining compliance and transparency in supplier relationships


* Auditing - developing level; conducting supplier assessments to verify quality systems


* Advanced Product Quality Planning - developing level; collaborating on launch readiness with suppliers


* Statistical Process Control - developing level; monitoring process capability and stability metrics
