Racker Packer | 1st & 3rd Shift | Foundation Court

We are currently seeking Racker Packers for multiple shifts.

We have openings for 3rd Shift Racker Packers at our Foundation Court facility.

Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.

We are also hiring 1st Shift Racker Packers at Foundation Court.

Job Overview Racks parts in preparation for wet processing.

Removes parts from rack after wet processing is completed and packs them per the work instructions.

Reports to the department Supervisor & Plant Manager.

Responsibilities Read & comprehend specific work instructionsPack & unpack parts to customer specificationRack & unrack parts per work instructionsInspect parts for nicks, dings, blisters, & color distortionsCount & verify production ordersUtilize wire, plugs and/or racks to assist in wet process preparationWork in chemical induced environment with appropriate PPE including respirators.

Respirator training, fit testing, & medical evaluations are required for respirator issuance.

Work in extreme heat & cold temperatures seasonalLift 10-30 lbs.

on a repetitive basis without assistanceWorks overtime as requiredPerforms other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMust have basic math skills to count quantitiesFlexible to changing responsibilities/prioritiesReading comprehension skills required Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the timeFrequently moves parts/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
