Bilingual Dental Receptionist Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry has a fantastic opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Receptionist to join our team! As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an important part of the patient experience and responsible for supporting the day-to-day front office functions of the practice.

Our patients, parents, and guardians are our #1 priority, so were looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Schedule MondayThursday: 7:30 AM6:30 PMFriday & Saturday: 7:30 AM3:30 PMMust be available to work Saturdays Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to build positive relationships with patients, families, coworkers, and managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a busy environmentComfortable using computers and learning new software What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who can greet families with a welcoming attitude, stay organized in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment, and provide a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through the door.
