The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager is focused on enabling client stakeholders to confidently rely on a partner who can translate business needs into technical requirements and drive technical implementations that enable business users to adopt solutions and achieve intended business outcomes.

This position requires advanced business analysis and project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, numerical, and visual methods.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate a desire to continuously develop a diverse operational and technical skill set.

Essential Job Functions Business Analysis & Solution Definition Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex initiatives.Facilitate advanced discovery sessions to identify business objectives and opportunities.Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and process models.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams at all levels, both internal and client-facing, from individual contributors through executive leadership.Lead current-state and future-state process design and solution definition.Manage requirements scope, traceability, prioritization, and change control.Facilitate decision-making forums and stakeholder alignment on solution direction.Define and track business value metrics, KPIs, benefits, and acceptance criteria.Lead user acceptance testing strategy, readiness, execution, and issue resolution.Identify opportunities for process, service, or product innovation.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis capability development.
