Position Summary: The Production Team Lead plays a crucial role in furthering our mission by providing exceptional service to team members, donors, and customers.

This position will assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

The Production Team Lead will be responsible for training new team members and serving as a mentor to support their development.

They will also help process donations, ensuring that they are sorted and processed effectively to maximize sales.

The Production Team Lead will work closely with the rest of the team to uphold our values and create a positive experience for our team members, donors, and other customers.
