* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.


* 2 years of experience in logistics, receiving, inventory, supply chain, procurement, warehouse operations, or a related field.


* Experience working with ERP systems and purchase orders.


* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in quantities, documentation, and transactions.


* Strong organizational and time-management skills.


* Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.


* Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and follow problems through to resolution.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


* Must be able to provide documentation in the original form establishing both your identity and your employment eligibility in the U.S.


* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully attain access to such items

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Experience with outsourced or subcontracted production.


* Experience with raw material inventory planning or material requisitioning.


* Understanding of purchase-to-pay processes and three-way matching.


* Experience with warehouse 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.


* Experience working with an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
