* Education and/or Experience - bachelor's degree from accredited institution or a combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to 5 - 7 years, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role.


* Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing and quality environment


* Experience in Manufacturing, Product Quality, or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.


* Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP systems.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or related technical field is preferred.


* Experience with aerospace, fastening, or precision manufacturing processes preferred.


* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Root cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and continuous improvements preferred


* Experience with CAD software and manufacturing information systems is preferred.


* Technical knowledge: Manufacturing engineering, corrective actions, process validation and manufacturing readiness, capital project management, engineering drawing and CAD systems
