Purpose of the Role

The Therapy Specialist is a field-based commercial role responsible for driving appropriate patient access and uptake of J&J's Myeloma CAR-T therapy.

Working as part of a cross-functional team, the Therapy Specialist will develop and implement a brand and portfolio strategy locally, build strong clinical partnerships, and support the optimisation of patient pathways.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a therapy and product expert, delivering high‑quality, compliant clinical promotion within licensed indications and maintaining expert-level knowledge of therapy area, products, competitors and the wider landscape.

• Drive clinical demand through execution of brand strategy and key in‑field tactics, using confident, balanced scientific selling to positively influence prescribing behaviour and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
