This role serves as a key finance leader within the Global FP&A Vision organization, providing financial leadership, planning, performance management, and strategic analytical support across the Vision business.

The position is responsible for leading enterprise reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes related to sales performance, cash flow, headcount, and executive management reporting.

The Senior Finance Manager partners closely with Regional and Global Finance, MedTech Group Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Commercial Excellence, and senior leadership to deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.

This role plays a critical leadership position in target setting, business planning processes (BP, JU, and NU), and monthly IBP and close processes while driving simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting activities.
