*ジョンソン•エンド•ジョンソンは、整形外科事業を分離•独立(セパレ-ション)し、DePuy Synthesとして独立した企業を設立する計画を発表しております。セパレ-ションは、必要な諸条件が満たされることを前提に2025年10月14日付けの発表時点から18~24か月以内に完了する見込みです。
