The Manager, Data Product Management - Governance will support the delivery, adoption, and governance of data products across Johnson & Johnson MedTech Digital Solutions.

This role will ensure data products are well-defined, discoverable, trusted, and aligned to business priorities, enterprise data standards, and applicable regulatory expectations.

The position partners closely with business collaborators, data owners, technology teams, governance partners, and data engineering teams to translate business needs into clear data product requirements.

The role will advance consistent data product practices, strengthening data transparency, and supporting balanced operating models enabling compliant, scalable, and business-relevant use of data.
