Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Technology Manager, ELN/LIMS located at Raynham, MA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PA or Newbrunswick, NJ.

Job Overview

This role is accountable for the product ownership, strategy, and lifecycle management of Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platforms supporting DePuy Synthes R&D.

The Manager, ELN/LIMS partners closely with R&D scientists, quality, regulatory, and IT delivery teams to ensure these platforms enable compliant, efficient, and data - driven research and development operations.

This role plays a critical part in advancing digital R&D capabilities and ensuring systems are fit - for - purpose , scalable, and aligned with business priorities and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities



* Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ELN and LIMS platforms, aligning technology capabilities with R&D, quality, and regulatory needs.



* Serve as the primary business and IT interface for ELN/LIMS, translating scientific and operational requirements into prioritized product features and technical requirements.



* Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Data teams to ensure ELN/LIMS solutions support data integrity, traceability, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.



* Lead vendor and platform management , including selection, roadmap influence, contract oversight, and performance management for ELN/LIMS solutions.
