Senior Technician, Field Service - Customer Site Operations Support

Customer Site Operations Support (CSOS) provides operational and project-based support for IT order fulfillment and customer site activities.

This role supports end-user requests across the device lifecycle, including provisioning, redeployment, asset disposal, moves, and configuration changes.

The position operates in a primarily onsite environment with limited remote flexibility.

What you will achieve

Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.

Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.

Interprets customers' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps or engineers.
