Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Receptionist serves as an important first point of contact for the facility and helps ensure the front desk operates efficiently and professionally.

* Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities


* Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.


* Answer and direct incoming phone calls.


* Assist visitors with check-in and facility procedures.


* Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department.


* Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area.


* Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications.


* Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.


* Maintain accurate records and handle information appropriately.


* Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.


* Follow facility policies and procedures.


* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


* Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.


* Excellent customer service and communication skills.


* Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.


* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


* Basic computer and office skills.


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.


* Dependable and punctual.


* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on facility needs.


* Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
