What Youll Do: Lead day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software Oversee product loading and offloading, ensuring efficiency and safety
