We're looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents reach their goals and regain their independence.
What You'll Do


* Lead and support the rehabilitation team


* Oversee daily therapy operations and services


* Coordinate therapy programs based on resident needs


* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other departments


* Monitor resident progress and ensure quality outcomes


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations


* Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department needs


* Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive therapy environment

We're Looking For


* Licensed therapy professional with leadership experience


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Excellent problem-solving abilities


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred


* Someone who is passionate about helping residents achieve their goals
