Senior Consultant - AI Governance - Enterprise Operations & Risk

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, AI Governance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting delivery of Trustworthy AI risk workstreams, including generative AI, agent model validation, and AI regulatory sensing, for Deloitte member firms and external clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry


* Advising client and internal stakeholders on AI risk management, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including escalating complex matters when appropriate


* Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures that address fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle


* Coordinating engagement activities, including workplans, stakeholder communications, issue tracking, quality review, and day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams


* Contributing to market activation through proposals, client materials, industry insights, and knowledge sharing across Trustworthy AI, corporate compliance, and business ethics offerings

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or Public Policy


* 4+ years of experience in regulatory risk, compliance, AI governance, model risk, or advisory services
