Job Summary: Delivery Supervisors are responsible for managing a Team of Drivers, while overseeing the transportation and delivery of Bernicks beverage products Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for assigned Drivers and provide effective communication to teamsSupervise and support daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveriesMonitor driver performance, including on-time delivery, route compliance, and customer feedbackPlan and assign delivery routes, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer demands and efficiency goalsLead, train, and mentor delivery drivers to meet performance, safety, and customer service standardsManage and approve driver timecards, attendance, and compliance documentationHandle customer concerns related to delivery issues promptly and professionally Start Time: Between 4am-8am
