Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Job Description:


* Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.


* Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.


* Provide resident and family education.


* Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.


* Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:


* Current Tennessee License-LPN
