Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, managing Kanban items replenishment, leading receiving process and supporting kitting process for production.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
* Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures/protocols
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts
* Not only maintains organization of warehouse, but also able to identify opportunities for improvement
* Oversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area
* Supports training of any new Warehouse employees or other employees interacting with Warehouse
* Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
* Maintain, update, and report key performance indicators to plant management daily
* Other job duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements

* Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
* High ethical standards
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
* Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience working with ERP software (Microsoft AX) strongly desired
* Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment to support production efficiency, prevent product damage, and prevent injuries
* Demonstrated warehouse experience with progressive responsibility in a warehouse role
* Experience managing others preferred
* Experience in the building industry, manufacturing or high-volume logistics preferred
* Strong attention to detail
