The Manager, Commercial Education implements the learning strategy and educational programs that support the commercial business objectives.

They are responsible for "new hire sales rep" training and certification as well as other training programs on the learning journey.

The MCE delivers national and regional training using a blended learning approach.

Individuals must have deep clinical and procedural knowledge in at least one major product platform within MedTech Surgery.

The people-leader position provides a development opportunity for the individual to oversee the Sales Training Representative (STR) program, work in cross-functional teams with marketing (US and Global) and sales leadership and gain deeper insight to the entire commercial organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.


* As a people leader, responsible for ensuring that STRs follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.


* Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.


* Partner with marketing to support product launch development and execution and training aligned to strategic priorities.


* Coach and train sales representatives to use sales force effectiveness tools to identify facility specific growth opportunities.
