Within the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) department in Beerse, we are looking for a Facilities Manager Central Utilities (CU).

Key Responsibilities:

As Facilities Manager



* your main responsibility is to drive the safe and efficient daily operation and follow-up of the CU facilities on the Beerse site.

Y ou are responsible for solving problems related to installations and systems that have an impact on safety, environment, sustainability, quality, cost and/or reliability.



* You act as the system owner for all the technical installations within scope.



* You'll be a servant leader and be responsible for mentoring and developing your team (supervisor , work preparers, technicians and operators) .



* Together with your team, you ensure a technical environment that meets high quality requirements, high operational reliability and strict standards in terms of safety and the environment.

You actively participate during audits and inspections (SEVESO, PSM...).



* As the owner of the key on-site energy sources (including geothermal), you are the person who has a massive impact on the site regarding sustainability.



* You establish a culture of integrity and continuous improvement supported by critical metrics, benchmarking and sharing of standard methodologies.
