Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, Surgical Vision APAC to lead and advance regional commercial excellence capabilities across Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Capability & Strategy, Surgical Vision APAC, this role will drive strategic initiatives in Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), CRM, Commercial Operations, and Consignment Management to accelerate business growth, market share gains, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable business insights, optimize sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and build scalable commercial capabilities across the region.

This role will also lead a regional team and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and capability development.
