Purpose of the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business with a focus on France.

Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) is a critical element of our market access strategy to ensure success in an increasingly challenging market.

New procurement decision-making processes and an increasing focus on value-based healthcare requires evidence coming from clinical studies and derived economic value from our technologies and solutions.

It's essential that we equip ourselves with the required capabilities and convey a meaningful value-based message to our customers.

Within this context, the purpose of the role is to lead the health economics and market access activities for our Surgery portfolio at MedTech, including timely market access strategies and assist in market development, through the development and execution of robust health economic arguments and tools to support funding and procedural adoption.

Required Duties and Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios


* Support the development of HEMA tools, translating complex messages into simple statements that can easily be articulated by the sales force


* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare professionals, and governmental bodies


* Work closely with the marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure the alignment of market access activities with overall business objectives


* Provide input into the evidence generation strategy for new product development and identify local opportunities for health economic evidence generation
