The On-Site Service Engineer I8 is the senior technical authority for assigned AI data center environments, responsible for leading the resolution of the most complex and high-impact technical challenges.

This role exercises expert-level judgment, applying deep system knowledge and conceptual problem-solving to stabilize environments, prevent recurring issues, and optimize operational performance.

The OSE I8 defines technical standards, influences site-level strategy, and partners closely with engineering and service leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Acting as a mentor and technical leader, the role develops engineering talent, advances best practices, and ensures the environment operates at the highest levels of reliability, quality, and efficiency.

This common OSE contract requires the OSE to report to customer site Monday through Friday 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
