Liquid Cooling Service Delivery Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) Service Delivery Engineer to lead the delivery, operational management, and continuous improvement of Dell liquid-cooled infrastructure solutions supporting AI, HPC, and enterprise workloads.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead deployment, onboarding, and operational management of liquid-cooled data center infrastructure services.
* Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness of liquid-cooling environments supporting AI and HPC workloads.
* Drive incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
* Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, standards, and governance processes.
* Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure seamless service integration and support.
* Drive automation initiatives that improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Requirements
* Extensive experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, SRE, or infrastructure management.
* Expertise in infrastructure lifecycle management, service operations, and operational governance.
* Experience supporting AI, HPC, or data center infrastructure environments.
* Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, telemetry, and analytics platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with liquid cooling technologies and thermal management systems.
* Knowledge of AI, HPC, GPU clusters, or hyperscale data centers.
* Experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven operational automation.
* Advanced degree in a related technical field.
* Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
