We are seeking a highly motivated HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to support deployment, configuration, validation, and operational excellence of large-scale AI and High Performance Computing environments.

This role focuses on service delivery, operational readiness, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.


* Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments.


* Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.


* Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes.


* Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance.


* Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.


* Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities.


* Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements



* Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.


* Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.


* Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.


* Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.


* Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.


* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication and documentation skills.


* Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Preferred Qualifications



* Experience supporting AI training clusters, GPU infrastructure, or HPC environments.


* Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps, and operational best practices.
