Salary: Starting at $95,000 annually, DOE and qualifications
Position Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and directing the facility's marketing, public relations, community outreach, and census development programs.

The Marketing Director will build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, civic leaders, and other stakeholders.

This position will be responsible for promoting the facility's services, strengthening the facility's reputation within the community, supporting census growth, and increasing awareness of the programs and services offered by the facility.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and relationship builder with demonstrated marketing, public relations, business development, and community outreach skills.

Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies designed to maintain and increase facility census.


* Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, healthcare professionals, residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations.


* Identify and develop new referral opportunities and community partnerships.


* Promote the facility's services, programs, amenities, and unique qualities to prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the community.


* Coordinate facility tours and assist prospective residents and families with obtaining information regarding facility services.


* Develop and maintain accurate marketing materials, brochures, information packets, presentations, newsletters, and other promotional materials.


* Ensure all public information accurately reflects the services and programs provided by the facility.


* Coordinate community outreach events, facility events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.


* Represent the facility at community events, healthcare networking events, civic organizations, professional organizations, and other appropriate functions.


* Establish and maintain positive relationships with community and civic leaders.


* Develop strategies to improve the facility's visibility and reputation within the community.


* Monitor customer satisfaction and assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of satisfaction surveys.


* Review feedback from residents, families, referral sources, and community partners and make recommendations for improvement.
