We proudly serve the Hemet community with short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Pay: Starting at $50-55 per hour, DOE

What You'll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and maximize independence


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care


* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


* Educate residents, families, and staff regarding communication strategies and treatment goals


* Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements

What We're Looking For


* Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills


* Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care


* Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
