Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

As an Analyst, Supply Chain Systems, you will play a key role in supporting system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational support for supply chain and logistics technology solutions.

Working closely with Project Managers, IT Managers, business stakeholders, and end users, you will help ensure systems are properly configured, tested, documented, and supported to meet business requirements.

This role combines business analysis, system support, testing, training, and customer service to drive operational excellence across the supply chain.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Support Project Managers and IT Managers with system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support initiatives


* Complete project management and change management activities as assigned to support successful project execution


* Support efforts that foster and strengthen ongoing business and customer relationships


* Write specifications for minor system enhancements and new development efforts, including detailed use cases, code requirements, and testing requirements


* Partner with stakeholders to develop functional specifications, user documentation, defect corrections, and enhancement requests


* Configure systems supporting integration, order management, and warehouse management processes


* Perform integrated quality assurance testing on system changes prior to production deployment


* Collaborate with end users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality before release


* Deliver training to end users on system functionality, enhancements, and best practices


* Provide site support for distribution operations, business operations centers, and other business partners


* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within supply chain and logistics information systems


* Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements


* Assist in maintaining system integrity, performance, and user satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution
