Our Team

The Manufacturing Integration Engineering (MIE) Team is responsible for delivering competitive manufacturing strategies and processes to our production operations.

The MIE team members are core members, and technical project leaders on New Product Development teams.

The Manufacturing Integration Engineer is responsible for leading and owning the overall manufacturing strategy, providing coordination, and overseeing manufacturing technical disciplines.

The Manufacturing Integration Engineer will be empowered to lead and drive resources to overcome barriers and to achieve financial and technical assumptions of the program.

What You Will Do



* Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and provide manufacturing feasibility recommendations during product development while keeping a balance for operational manufacturing and product design function.


* Develop manufacturing strategies (time to market and time to volume) for assembly, molding, stamping, plating, packaging and other processes as needed, by working with the core functions and operations to generate alternatives to determine the best strategy based on project objectives.


* Develop process Flows and PFMEAs in conjunction with stake holders.


* Lead process development activities, including equipment specification and statement of work, tooling design reviews , process validation, qualification and run at rate.


* Coordinate manufacturing trials, debugging activities, and capability studies.


* Support procurement, installation, and commissioning of tooling, manufacturing equipment, and automation systems.


* Drive launch readiness activities and ensure successful launch of products into production.


* Collaborate with global manufacturing sites and the global manufacturing services teams to ensure standardized best practices and successful product launches.


* Manage project timing, risks, budgets, and technical deliverables related to manufacturing development.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* 5+ years of strong technical project leadership within a manufacturing/shopfloor environment, and working with multidisciplinary teams


* Demonstrates courage in dealing with unknown and challenging situations (problems, change, new opportunities)


* Travel globally 15-20%

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
