We are seeking a dedicated and professional MedicalReceptionistto join our medical team.

TheMedical Receptionistserves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a vital role in setting a welcoming and professional environment.

This role is responsible for front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/out, verifying insurance, answering phones, and maintaining accurate patient records.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Check in patients.

Verify insurance on all patients.

Verify appropriate documents are in the patient chart.

Assist with the walk-in process.

Connect patients with the appropriate staff or department.

Other duties as assigned.
